The Supermarine Spitfire, a British single-seat fighter aircraft was used by the Royal Air Force and other Allied countries before, during, and after World War II. It is one of the most iconic warbirds in history, renowned both for its beauty and its warfighting utility. The XFly Spitfire is a scale replica of this iconic fighter based on the famous Mk.IX variant, with a 1200mm wingspan and constructed using EPO foam and painted in two distinctive matte finish scale colours and livery. XFly captures the beautiful classic lines of the Spitfire Mk.IX with scale details including a 4-blade propeller, accurate canopy outline, pilot figure, exhaust stacks and cannons.
The large battery hatch can accommodate a 4S 2600-4000mAh LiPo battery for a wider range of flight times. The combination of a 3541-KV745 motor and a 40A brushless ESC offers plenty of power and achieves excellent thrust-to-weight ratio for a satisfying scale performance. The flap design on this model uses four panel split flaps for easier take-offs and landings, akin to its full-size counterpart. Day-bright LED wingtip lights aid in visibility and add realism.
Choose between the desert brown edition that featured in combat in North Africa and the Mediterranean circa 1943 or the green D-Day Invasion of Europe from 1944, piloted by Canadian Ace Johnnie Johnson. Whatever you choose, this iconic stunner is ready to impress at your flying field!

Update 01/01/26: The laws have changed regarding operating drones and model aircraft in the UK.
What you need to do:
You must take a theory test and register with the CAA before flying most drones or model aircraft outdoors in the UK.
There are two requirements and you may need to meet both:
This makes sure you know how to fly safely and legally.
This registers you as someone who is responsible for a drone or model aircraft.
Most people get their Flyer ID and Operator ID at the same time.
It is against the law to fly a drone or model aircraft without having the required IDs.
You can also be fined for breaking the law when flying. In the most serious cases, you could be sent to prison.
The requirements are based on the weight or class of your drone or model aircraft.
