CML Nitro Winter Series

The Truggy event on saturday was won by Lee Taylor who also wrapped up the series win. Lee took the championship in front of Robert Cork and Derek Nash. Sundays Buggy final round saw a fantastic main final between Simon Willetts and Graham Alsop. It was Simon who lead away from pole position with Graham back in the pack after a couple of early errors. After the first pit stop Graham started to find his rhythm and really put the lap times in to try and catch Simon, after series of really quick laps after his second stop Graham was right on Simon's tail going on to the last lap. Graham tried to make the pass but couldn't quite make it, leaving Simon to cruise to the flag. Simon had already wrapped up the series win due to Lee Martin being unable to attend.
