Description

XF111P

The Boeing-Saab T-7 RedHawk, originally known as the Boeing T-X, is an American/Swedish advanced jet trainer produced by Boeing in partnership with Saab. It was selected on 27 September 2018 by the United States Air Force (USAF) as the winner of the T-X program to replace the Northrop T-38 Talon.

The shape of the T-7A is similar to the reduced version of the F/A-18 because they are designed with a large leading edge root extension surface and a V-shaped double vertical tail design. Not only does this design provide dexterous control at low speeds but it also has a better flying capabilities at high angles of attack, so that its flight performance can be closer to the fighters in active service.

To meet the needs of a wider variety of experienced pilots, XFly Model scaled up the T-7A 64mm EDF jet to make an 80mm version with the same care and attention to appearance and performance. The T-7A 80mm EDF jet is packed full of scale details including molded-in panel lines, simulated antenna, pitot tube, clear canopy, removable missiles plus drop tank and more. Featuring the functional LED navigation and landing lights, full-flying horizontal stabs, sequenced gear doors, scale retractable CNC metal landing gears and operational flaperon setting, this larger version can bring you unexpected scale-like flying experience!

With a 6S Lipo battery, the high-pow- er 80mm EDF with 12-blade fan, 6S-compatible brush- less inrunner motor and 100A ESC deliver fan- tastic top speed and vertical performamce plus amazing turbine-like sound. With stability it’s a scale jet that flies smooth and handles like a sport jet. Integrated wing connectors and glueless design facilitate fast and easy assembly, so you can get the 80mm T-7A airborne in less than one hour.

Safe flying is YOUR responsibility.

Update 01/01/26: The laws have changed regarding operating drones and model aircraft in the UK.

What you need to do:
You must take a theory test and register with the CAA before flying most drones or model aircraft outdoors in the UK.
There are two requirements and you may need to meet both:

  • Pass a theory test to get a Flyer ID.

This makes sure you know how to fly safely and legally.

  • Register with the CAA for an Operator ID.

This registers you as someone who is responsible for a drone or model aircraft.
Most people get their Flyer ID and Operator ID at the same time.

It is against the law to fly a drone or model aircraft without having the required IDs.
You can also be fined for breaking the law when flying. In the most serious cases, you could be sent to prison.

The requirements are based on the weight or class of your drone or model aircraft.
