Carisma takes the win at Round 2 of the 2016 Micro National Championship
Last weekend saw the second round of the 2016/17 Micro National championship, with a visit to the excellent Silverstone RC MCC venue in Northampton.
Sunday 6th November would see the Micro racers venture to a new track, namely Silverstone RC MCC venue. It was a cold November morning and the drivers were greeted with a twisty technical track, with a few jumps and added features to keep even the best drivers on their toes!
A few of the Carisma Team drivers were absent due to other commitments so it was down to Ben Cosgrove and Tony Bishop to push for the top honours!
Ben went on to take TQ in rounds 3 and 4 and this meant that he was tied on points with Phil Sleigh for the TQ battle. Ben had the fastest round time so that would give Ben the overall TQ with his Carisma GTB, Tony Bishop would manage to get a solid 4th place.

The A main would be a close fought affair with the overall win going to Ben Cosgrove with his Carisma GTB again running new Carisma sensored motor.
