Carpet Wars 07/08
Following a tough six round series Yokomo / CML team driver Lee Woodhams finished third in the five cell modified class of the Carpet Wars Championship.
Going into the last round Lee needed a strong performance to secure a podium place and qualified well, putting his Novak powered Grainger BD fourth on the grid for the A final. A first lap incident did not help Lee?s cause that much but he fought back up the field to clinch enough points to take third overall. The Carpet Wars Championship has been very well supported by a number of top drivers and consistent results kept Lee in contention right through the series.
