Boots Flies With RB-S7

Elliot ran the motor for the first time at the SRS race at Maxbashings new track this weekend. Despite some fraught qualifying sessions in which he was never able to show the true potential of the engine Elliot placed his car in the main final. In that main final Elliot powered through the field to finish in an eventual 2nd place and was closing on the winner Darren Bloomfield until he ran out of time. Elliot commented "this engine is lovely, it just has a fantastic, smooth power band. I can see me using it at a few of the national races where the tracks are rough ot loose. I can highly recommend this engine for the club and regional racers as it's combination of power, economy and price is unrivalled". Elliot ran his motor on his usual Byron 30% race fuel.
