 Lee Martin and Yokomo Win 2WD 1/10 Euro Title

This week the EFRA 1/10th Electric Off-road European Championships are held at the Robin Hood Raceway in the UK.

CML and Yokomo driver Lee Martin would make a clean sweep in the 2WD qualifiers by taking the TQ from Neil Cragg (Team Associated) with whom he was tie on points but a 4 seconds faster time secured him the pole position for the triple A-mains.

Marc Rheinard (Yokomo) would complete the top three after the qualifiers. Lee then went on to win A1 and A2 in style to snatch the 2WD title from Neil. Marc ended tie on points with Cragg who took the win in the third A-main while Lee sit out the leg.

  9. Hubert Hönigl – Serpent – 12 points
  10. Michal Orlowski – Schumacher – 19 points

The 4WD class is being contested over the next few days and Lee, Neil and Tom Yardy (the CML boys) will be hoping for more great performances to claim a place in Saturday's 4WD final.
