I must say when I saw this in my local hobby store I thought it looked a real nice trail truck but wanted to go for the axial deadbolt but was pursuaded to buy this as it was a very similar chassis set up for half the price and boy am I glad I did as this thing is great to use it has gone through some seriously difficult mud bogs with no problem at all and climbs over anything that is in its way you need to trim down the throttle a little as it's quite fast and could be mistaken for a wheelie king the torque it has is immense and I'm over the moon with my purchase I haven't tried it on lipo yet but don't think I will as the battery is giving me around 45mins run time and I bought an extra 2 just in case. If your in the market for a trail truck rock crawler on a minimum budget then I don't think there is a better rc to look for it goes wherever my mates ax10 does and the build quality is great aluminium and steal components where on most other manufacturers they are extras and come standard as plastic my only down side as with most rc vehicles is the battery location at the rear not that the battery in the front would make a difference as it is extremely light may look at adding some wheel weights but other than that what a purchase congrats ftx on a great rc ????
