RC Rock Crawling Nationals

The RC Rock Crawler Nationals held at Bracken Rocks was a huge success over the weekend with competitors from all over the country battling for the title of UK Crawling Champion 2008.

Following the recent review of the Axial AX10 Scorpion and RTR "Rock Racer" the Radio Race Car International crew attended the RC Rock Crawling Nationals at Bracken Rocks this weekend to re-review the RTR "Rock Racer "equipped with all the Axial, Venom, Proline and Novak option parts to make it perform to it's utmost. The RRCi tuned AX10 Scorpion courtesy of Dez Chand - RRCi. The capacity entry for the UKRCRC National saw half the entrants in the "2.2 Class" driving Axial vehicles, and amazingly Robbie Prendergrast even put up a good fight with his AX10 Scorpion equipped with 4WS (Rear Wheel Steer Kit) against the "Supers", giving the larger more complicated custom made machines a run for their money on the more extreme course designed! See Radio Race Car International for the Special Trackside Report coming real soon, and the "Rock Racer" upgrade review to follow shortly. Check www.ukrcrc.com for full details and results, photo galleries and videos galore. Look at the concentration on Robbie's face / Another great photo from Dez.
