World Beater

The 12th Stock Car World Championships that took place in the Coventry Motor Museum with a stunning victory for CML driver Stuart Tennant.

Stuart Tennant flew the CML and RRCi flag to the top of the tree and lifted the title in a very tight and competitive field, the top three were on the same lap and split by just 1 second after a furious 5 minute Main Final. It was full of incident, where all parties took a good beating in this full contact sport, none less than Stuart who with 30 seconds to go and whilst leading comfortably was punted clean out of the arena and then tagged again once marshalled, leading him to believe he had thrown it all away, but pushing hard into the final seconds the result couldn't have been any tighter! Congrats to Stuart, his girlfriend and Dad were over the moon as were most of the huge crowd drawn to the event of some 40 international drivers.
