Pleradoio hard to program.pull start handle pinches your fingers on every pull.fit and finish is sloppy.extra screws and pins fell out when retreaved from box.No U.S.contact numbers in the owners manual.Fuel tank o ring is to fat and wont allow a good seal causing the motor to lean out .and ultimately causing the turbo plug to burn out.after 2 hours of frustration and pinched fingers.all in all we got one tank thru it so far.spent the day trying to get tech help no one calls back.need a new tank and some spare turbo plugs?Major disappointment to top it off this was a Christmas preasent.Ho Ho Ho.
